"I have been a loyal customer of State Farm for many decades through the Tony LeClerc Insurance Agency. I have always be satisfied with the service provided to me. Recently, I requested that James Lease, the agent I spoke to about my account, look into my car insurance policy to see if I qualified for any more discounts. James went over and above and was able to submit a request that eventually resulted in a sizeable decrease to my total cost for the year. From day one when I sat down with Tony, and he explained everything in detail, and lowered my insurance from the previous company. You call or email and they are prompt to respond. It's nice that it's local, to meet face to face as well. Jim has been super helpful, with setting up my safe drive beacon. The great service at the N. Hampton office is so refreshing.
